THE PROBLEM

Dean A. Aman, LPCMH needed a digital marketing strategy to grow revenue and generate quality leads for the ten professionals at his Newark, Delaware location.

THE SOLUTION

First, a name and logo that represented more than just Dean, but his entire staff, was discussed. Due to complications with renaming at that current time, we moved ahead with a new logo and established brand statements that reflected their core values.

With a new brand identity established, we designed a custom website on the WordPress platform. The site is optimized for search engines and delivers a modern, user-friendly experience. A wide range of treatment and staff pages deliver a deep and engaging user experience.

Next, a predictable and sustainable stream of quality leads was developed using Google Ads PPC advertising. With the right ads and keywords, we were able to target the exact type of therapy, counseling, and psychiatry leads Dean was looking for.

THE RESULTS

A year after rebranding with a new logo and website, business is up and the contact form is averaging one lead per day. 6 out of every 100 users that click on one of his Google Ads convert to a lead. Now a stronger online presence is being developed and a search engine-optimized blog is published every month to increase visibility in organic search results.
