THE PROBLEM

Dean A. Aman, LPCMH needed a digital marketing strategy to grow revenue and generate quality leads for the nine professionals at his Newark, Delaware location.

THE SOLUTION

First, a name and logo that represented more than just Dean, but his entire staff, was discussed. Due to complications that renaming would cause with insurance, we moved ahead with a new logo and established brand statements that reflected their core values.

With a new brand identity established, we designed a custom website built on the WordPress platform. The site is optimized for search engines and delivers a modern, user-friendly experience.

Next, we developed a predictable and sustainable stream of quality leads using Google Ads PPC advertising. With the right ads and keywords, we were able to target the exact type of therapy, counseling and psychiatry leads they were looking for.

THE RESULTS

Within a year of rebranding with a new logo and website, in addition to setting up a Google Ads campaign, the contact form averages 1.3 qualified leas per day. It is estimated up to 20% more are calling but able to be tracked.
