A full-scale overhaul of the website with a WordPress/WooCommerce installation was the first step to accelerating success. We conducted an audit of user experience, the online ordering process, web content, and search engine optimization to maximize ROI of the initial build.
A video was created for prime placement on the home page. Users were greeted with a smiling face and a personal story about the company’s owner that connects with the visitor on a deeper level. The video also establishes a stronger brand story that allows users a deeper understanding of the Cash Now Offer business.
A direct mail piece was created to check in offline with the large database of existing clients and qualified leads, all of whom are not regular internet users.
